🌟 The Journey: Into the Heart of the Thar
1. Afternoon Departure & Heritage Visit (2:00 PM)
Your adventure starts with a comfortable Jeep transfer from Jaisalmer. En route, you will visit the historical site of Kuldhara, the abandoned village, or Khaba village, offering a glimpse into the region's mysterious past before reaching the dunes.
2. Evening Camel Safari & Sunset Point (Late Afternoon)
At the dunes, you will mount your camel and ride deep into the desert until sunset. You will find a secluded spot to watch the breathtaking Golden Sunset, enjoying complimentary chai and snacks as the sky transitions to night.
3. Dinner & Overnight Under the Stars (Evening/Night)
Our staff will prepare a delicious vegetarian Indian dinner on a wood fire right in the desert. You can relax and enjoy the meal, followed by time near the campfire (weather permitting). You will sleep under the open sky on a comfortable arrangement, choosing between a blanket on the sand or a four-post cot/bed.
4. Sunrise Ride & Morning Return (Next Day)
Wake up to the tranquility of the desert sunrise and enjoy a fresh breakfast. Afterwards, embark on a relaxing morning camel ride before returning by jeep to Jaisalmer city around 10:00 AM.
